Easy cakes and cookies are my specialty. Think one bowl, one pan cakes like my very first viral recipe French Strawberry Cake. Or cakes that start with a box mix, like my popular Jello Cake that has creamsicle flavors.

I'm well known for my cookies in real life. I've literally baked hundreds of dozens for friends, family and my son's football team. You must try both my White Chocolate Peppermint Cookies and my Chocolate and Peanut Butter Chip Cookies.

Some of my sentimental favorite desserts are Crockpot Applesauce, my Mom's Microwave Fudge and vintage Apple Dapple Cake.
