Forget baking it in the oven. Air Fryer Meatloaf is the tastiest and most tender meatloaf you can make. No stovetop cooking required.
I have had great success cooking hamburgers and meatballs in my air fryer. I mix in a panade of milk and Panko bread crumbs with the ground beef to keep it tender. But the air fryer is really the key to perfectly cooked ground beef. It develops a browned, slightly crispy crust on the outside. But the inside is unbelievably juicy and delicious. Lining the air fryer basket with foil and then parchment paper prevents sticking and keeps the mess to a minimum. And a sweet and tangy glaze is added right at the end to really make this meatloaf a tasty treat your whole family will enjoy.

Kitchen Tips
- Fit foil inside of your air fryer basket, then cut a circle of parchment paper (or square – depending on the shape of your air fryer basket) to fit on top of the foil. This prevents sticking and makes cleanup much easier.
