This smoothie is so simple to make and takes just three ingredients: brewed green tea, yogurt and a frozen banana – plus you can add a sprinkle of cinnamon if you’re feeling extra fancy. I don’t know about you but I’ve got plenty of holiday treats around to tempt me right now, so I don’t need to be indulging in a frozen coffee on top of that!

I always bring you products that I actually eat and enjoy along with a recipe for you to try. I really do have a freezer full of these meals to help get me through the holiday rush. And this green tea smoothie is just the right amount of “extra” to go along with these steamed entrees because even when I’m counting calories, I’ve got to have about 1,800 per day to keep me going. I especially like frozen meals because I can scan the barcode in the My Fitness Pal app to keep track of my eating.

- 8 oz. iced green tea (either bottled or brewed yourself)
- 6 oz. vanilla or coconut yogurt (I used coconut)
- 1 smallish banana, cubed and frozen
- dash of cinnamon
- Blend the green tea, yogurt and banana until smooth. Top with cinnamon. Serve immediately.
