I asked some blogging friends to provide some of their favorite grilling recipes for this collection and they did not disappoint. I don’t often grill seafood but I’m excited to try the grilled lobster tails and salmon burgers especially. I grill a lot in the summer. Actually I grill all year long. But there’s some foods in this collection that I don’t have much experience with so I’m glad to find these recipes too. Like the grilled bbq chicken pizza – I’ve never grilled pizza before. Or the grilled hearts of romaine – never grilled those either but that salad looks so delicious.
