I am partnering with Sweet’N Low® Zero Calorie Sweetener and Social Stars each month (June through December) of this year to bring you a low-calorie, tasty beverage recipe. As always, all opinions are my own. #donthestitaste

I made this sparkling peach lemonade on packing day. Tomorrow morning, bright and early, we begin our drive down to Sandestin, Florida… it’s on the “Emerald Coast” (Gulf-side) of the Florida panhandle, and is pretty much paradise with its crystal clear blue waters and sugar white sands. It’s been a few years since we’ve spent a week on the coast, and I’ve definitely gone through withdrawal. There’s nothing more therapeutic than the ocean in my opinion.

Except maybe lazy mornings with a big brunch to look forward to. We’ll be enjoying the surf and sand early most mornings, but I’m also hoping for a couple of those days to begin a little later, with a nice big brunch at the Donut Hole or Sunset Bay Cafe… both Sandestin favorites.  But alas, the beach happens only once a year (for us) if we’re lucky…

I love to eat and cook a big brunch on the weekends when we’re home, and I have got a fantastic and refreshing summer brunch drink for you today thanks to Sweet’N Low® Zero Calorie Sweetener! If you’ve been following along on the blog (or Facebook or Instagram) this summer you know I had a plethora of fresh Georgia peaches to use thanks to a visit from The Peach Truck. So knowing I needed to create a brunch-themed drink for Sweet’N Low®, peaches were an obvious addition to my beverage recipe.

The fantastic thing about Sweet’N Low® (besides adding zero calories) is that it dissolves instantly and it can add a very customized amount of sweetness. In creating this recipe, I looked up the sugar to Sweet’N Low® equivalency as a guide and as usual I erred on the side of more fresh fruit flavor and a little less sweetness. Let me tell you, this brunch beverage shines with the natural sweetness of the fresh peaches and the zing of the fresh lemon juice. And the sparkling water makes it a perfectly fun and fruity drink to accompany your favorite brunch foods. And my kids both loved it too!

As I mentioned first in my post about Red White and Blue Sangria, don’t forget to hangout with Sweet’N Low® on their summer sampling tour to try some Sweet’N Low® sweetened iced tea, play fun games and snap hilarious pictures of all the fun.  Be sure to mention FOODTASTIC MOM at the event for a special gift.  See where you can meet up with Sweet’N Low® this summer at: sweetnlow.com/tour.
