Slow Cooker White Castle Sliders

- 2 lbs ground sirloin
- 12 oz frozen onions chopped
- 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 12 oz Velveeta cheese cubed
- 24 slider buns
- 24 dill pickle slices
Into the insert of a 6-quart Crock-Pot, add the frozen onions, Lipton onion soup mix and Worcestershire sauce.
Break up the ground sirloin into small pieces and put it on top of the onions and seasonings.
Cover and cook on high power for 3-4 hours. Be sure an check on the meat as it's cooking. Stir it a couple of times to make sure it cooks evenly.
Once cooked, drain off any excess liquid. Add the cubed Velveeta cheese and stir well to combine.
Continue to cook on low power until the cheese is melted and keep warm in the slow cooker until ready to serve.
Spoon the meat mixture onto slider buns and top with dill pickle slices to serve.
