Place an oven-safe baking sheet on top of a sheet pan. Place the thin crust prepared pizza crusts on top of the oven rack.
In a small skillet over medium heat, dry toast the unpeeled garlic cloves, for 6 - 8 minutes, until they are fragrant and turning brown. Press them through a garlic press after they have cooled a bit.
In a small glass bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, pickle juice, prepared garlic, dill and salt until smooth.
Spread half the white sauce on top of each pizza crust. Top each crust with 12 slices of dill pickles. Top each pizza with one cup of shredded pizza cheese.
Bake the pizza in the upper third of the oven for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a more browned color. Slice and serve.
