This healthier buffalo chicken dip is served cold to be a delicious dip for fresh celery. It's got a creamy texture and spicy kick.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce I used Frank's brand
  • 1 1/2 cups rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 2 cups celery cut into bite-sized pieces

Instructions

  • Use a fork to break up and blend the blue cheese into the whipped cream cheese.
  • Add the garlic salt, chopped jalapeno and buffalo sauce to the cream cheese and stir well to combine.
  • Stir the chicken into the buffalo cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap and chill for about 30 minutes.
  • Serve the buffalo chicken dip with celery or other veggies to dip.
