Barbecue Pulled Beef
Pulled pork but with beef! A large cut of beef is slow cooked to tender perfection, sauced and shredded to make this Barbecue Pulled Beef.

- 3 - 4 lbs beef chuck roast
- 2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup apple butter
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
Season the beef with the seasoned salt, salt and pepper. Spread the apple butter evenly over the roast.
Cook on low temperature for 8 - 10 hours.
Shred the beef.
Add the barbecue sauce and mix well to combine.
Cook on low heat for an additional hour. Serve.
