The Best Apple Salad
The best apple salad starts with fresh, slightly tart apples, a fresh orange for some zingy sweetness and marshmallow fluff to round out the dressing.

- 3 medium apples cored and chopped
- 1 medium orange peeled and chopped
- 2 ribs celery finely chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup marshmallow fluff
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
Mix together the apples, oranges, celery and walnuts in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients - mayonnaise, marshmallow fluff, lemon juice and salt.
Add the dressing the apple mixture and stir well to combine.
Allow the salad to sit in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, covered, before serving.
Can be made up to one day ahead.
