Air Fryer Chicken Breasts

This recipe for air fryer chicken breasts is so healthy, perfectly juicy and could not be more simple to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 2 6 oz chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp grill seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Lightly coat both sides of the chicken breasts with vegetable oil. 
  • Sprinkle both sides of each chicken breast with the chicken seasoning and salt. 
  • Place the chicken breasts in a single layer (not touching) in the basket of your air fryer.
  • Cook the chicken at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
  • Flip the chicken breasts over. Continue to cook the chicken for 5 - 6 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165 degrees F.
  • Serve immediately.
