Ingredients
1 1/4poundsground beef
1packagemeatloaf seasoningI used McCormick brand
2tablespoonslight brown sugar
1/3cupketchup
2tablespoonsyellow mustard
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
1cupfried onions
1 1/2cupssharp cheddar cheeseshredded
12slider buns
2tablespoonsbutter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a 9x13 baking dish mix together the beef and meatloaf seasoning mix. Lightly press the beef in an even layer in the bottom of the dish.Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Slice the slider buns even in half. Use two spatulas to carefully lift the large meatloaf "burger" and place it on the bottom half of the slider buns.
Stir together the brown sugar, ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
Spread the sauce on top of the meatloaf. Spread the fried onions on top of the sauce. Spread the shredded cheese on top of the onions. Place the top half of the buns on top of the cheese.
Place the 12 sliders carefully in a clean 9x13 baking dish.
Melt the butter and brush evenly over the tops of the buns.
Cover the dish with foil and bake the sliders for 20 minutes. Slice the sliders apart with a sharp knife. Serve.
