Air Fryer Spaghetti Squash
Air Fryer Spaghetti Squash cooks this squash variety perfectly. It cooks evenly so it is tender, full of flavor and not wet or soggy.
- 1 Spaghetti Squash
- 2 tbsp butter melted
Wash and dry the squash.
Using a sharp, heavy chef's knife carefully cut the squash in half from the stem to the bottom .
Trim off a bit of the top and bottom so the halves fit into your air fryer basket.
Use a large spoon to scrape out and discard the seeds and strands of squash attaching the seeds to the middle.
Place the squash halves, cut side down into the basket of your air fryer.
Air fry the squash at 325 degrees F for 15 minutes.
Turn the squash halves over so they are cut side up.
Brush the insides of the squash with melted butter (using a pastry brush) and sprinkle lightly with salt.
Air fry the squash again at 375 degrees F for 12 - 15 minutes, or until the squash is tender.
Shred the squash with a fork before serving.
