I'm giving you a recipe today for Bourbon Mimosas to celebrate my recent weekend spent indulging in music, food and bourbon at Bourbon and Beyond in Louisville, Kentucky.

2sprigs fresh rosemary
Fill two glasses with ice. Fill each glass with 6 oz of pear juice, 3 oz of champagne and 2 oz of bourbon. Stir each to combine. Garnish each mimosa with a candied pecan and sprig of fresh rosemary. Serve immediately.
