Mojito Iced Tea

  • 1 bag Lipton gallon-sized Iced Tea
  • 16 cups water divided
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves loosely packed
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice


  • In a sauce pan, boil 8 cups of the water and add the Lipton tea bag, mint leaves and sugar. Stir to combine and let brew (steep) for 5 minutes.
  • Remove both the tea bag and mint leaves. Pour the brewed tea into a gallon-sized pitcher. Add the remaining 8 cups of water.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve. Pour over ice and serve with more fresh mint leaves and lime wedges.
