Air Fryer Bananas
Make caramelized bananas quickly with your air fryer for the perfect treat to eat as a topping for ice cream or other sweets or on their own.

- 4 medium bananas
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Peel the bananas. Slice the banana into about 1/2-inch slices, using a cutting board and sharp pairing knife.
Place the banana slices into a clean bowl.
In a small bowl or measuring cup that is microwave safe, melt the butter in the microwave.
Whisk in the brown sugar, cinnamon and salt until well-blended.
Pour the butter and brown sugar mixture over the banana slices and toss gently to coat.
Place a paper liner into the basket of your air fryer.
Gently pour the coated bananas into the paper liner.
Air fry the bananas at 400 degrees F for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.
Allow the bananas to cool for a bit and use them as a dessert topping or eat by themselves.
