Green Apple Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 4 bananas sliced and frozen
  • 2 green apples
  • 1 c. vanilla ice cream
  • 2 c. skim milk
  • green food coloring

Instructions

  • Wash and core the green apples. Cut into cubes leaving the skin on.
  • Add the sliced bananas, apple pieces, ice cream and milk in a high-powered blender. Start on low and increase speed until smoothies are completely blended.
  • Pour into turtle cups and serve immediately.
  • Add green food coloring to make the smoothies more green if desired.
