Ingredients
1/2 cuppineapple juicedrained from the can of pineapple tidbits
juice of one medium orange
1/4cupdistilled white vinegar
1/4cupsugar
3tbspketchup
1/2tspsalt
1/2tspred pepper flakes
1tbspcorn starch
1bagfrozen turkey meatballsI used Trader Joe's brand
1red peppercut into strips
1green peppercut into strips
1cupcanned pineapple tidbits
Instructions
Whisk together the pineapple juice, orange juice, vinegar, sugar, ketchup, salt, red pepper flakes and corn starch.
Add the meatballs, red and green peppers and pineapple tidbits to the slow cooker. Pour the sweet and sour sauce over the meatballs.
