Ingredients
4boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1tspdried oregano
1tspdried thyme
1/2tsponion powder
2tspkosher salt
1tsppepper
2garlic clovesminced
6ozplain Greek yogurt
juice of one fresh lemon
2tbspolive oil
Instructions
In a large flat bowl, place the chicken breasts and poke all over with the tines of a fork. Evenly sprinkle with the oregano, thyme, onion powder and salt and pepper. Place the chicken breasts into a gallon-sized Ziploc bag. To the same bowl, add the yogurt, fresh garlic, lemon juice and olive oil. Whisk well to combine. Pour marinade into bag with chicken and allow to marinate at least 20 minutes. Squish bag once in a while to evenly distribute the marinade on the chicken.
Grill the chicken until the internal temperature reads 165 degrees. Remove from grill to cutting board and tent chicken with foil for about 10 minutes before serving.
