2tspunsweetened cocoa powder
2packetsSweet’N Low® Zero Calorie Sweetener
1 1/2cups1% milkdivided
3cupsice
1/2cupheavy whipping cream
1packetSweet’N Low® Zero Calorie Sweetener
1/2tspvanilla extract
Instructions
In a small sauce pan combine the chopped bittersweet chocolate, cocoa powder, Sweet’N Low® and 1/2 cup of the milk. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until melted and starting to boil. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Blend together the cooled hot chocolate mixture with the remaining 1 cup of milk and 3 cups of ice. Divide evenly into goblets. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
With a hand or stand mixer, beat together the whipping cream, Sweet’N Low® and vanilla on high until stiff peaks form. Use to top the frozen hot chocolate.
