Place the kale and 1 teaspoon of the lemon juice in a bowl. Gently massage the kale between your fingers until it is starting to wilt.
Add the cereal and toss to combine.
Top the breakfast salad with the blueberries.
Whisk together the yogurt, remaining 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, honey and salt for the dressing.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and enjoy.
