Instructions
Melt two tablespoons of butter into a non-stick sauté pan over medium heat.
Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking up the meat into small pieces, until no longer pink.
Add the bag of frozen mixed vegetables and 2 cups of pasta sauce. Stir to combine.
Add the Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Stir well and allow the filling to heat until simmering.
Spread the turkey mixture evenly into a glass baking dish and set aside.
Heat both the mashed potatoes and mashed cauliflower according to package directions. Combine them in a bowl with 1/2 cup of the whipped cream cheese. Mix until smooth.
Spread the potato and cauliflower mixture evenly over the top of the turkey mixture. Top the potatoes with about 1/2 cup of shedded mozzarella cheese.
Bake the Healthy Shepherd's Pie in a 400 degree F oven for about 30 minutes, or until the cheese is browning on top and the mixture underneath is bubbling. Sprinkle the top with fresh parsley before serving.
