Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Prepare brownie batter according to package directions. Scoop evenly into 12 paper muffin cups, sprayed lightly with cooking spray.
Place one REESE'S mini in the center of each unbaked brownie cup.
Bake brownies for 22 - 24 minutes, until brownies have puffed up and they are just done.
Allow to cool in muffin tin, then place a basketball cupcake topper in the center of each brownie cup to serve.
