Mango Chipotle Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 3 c. frozen mango cubes
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • juice 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 t. ground chipotle pepper

Instructions

  • In a small sauce pan over medium-high heat, combine the sugar, water and lime juice. Heat just until sugar is melted into the water. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  • Place mango cubes into a high-powered blender (like a Vitamix) or a food processor. Add the simple syrup and chipotle pepper. Blend/process until smooth.
  • Place in an air-tight container and freeze for a few hours.
  • Place a couple of small scoops in each glass and fill the rest of the way with your favorite flavor of Arbor Mist.
