In a small sauce pan over medium-high heat, combine the sugar, water and lime juice. Heat just until sugar is melted into the water. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Place mango cubes into a high-powered blender (like a Vitamix) or a food processor. Add the simple syrup and chipotle pepper. Blend/process until smooth.
Place in an air-tight container and freeze for a few hours.
Place a couple of small scoops in each glass and fill the rest of the way with your favorite flavor of Arbor Mist.
