I have a little product review and fun summertime giveaway for you today! He visits Cincinnati every year and I think the pre-party in the parking lot of our Riverbend Music Center is almost a bigger deal than the concert itself. It’s one big excuse to pretend you’re living the beach life for a day, in Margaritaville, with a bunch of “Parrot Heads”.

Margaritaville Enterprises, LLC partnered with the slow brew iced tea brand Tradewinds to debut new Tradewinds Jimmy Buffett’s Island Tea (Move over Arnold Palmer!) just in time for summer. Not your typical “iced tea”, the  perfectly crafted line of premium, tropical-flavored island teas come in five unique flavors – Pineapple Coconut White Tea, Peach Mango Black Tea, Tropical Citrus Green Tea, Paradise Punch Hibiscus Tea and Strawberry Lime Black Tea.

I’m a big fan of iced tea, much more than soda (or pop). I usually like the unsweetened varieties but I have to say the tropical, juicy flavors of these Jimmy Buffett teas will be just right on a hot summer day. I really liked all the flavors but I think the Tropical Citrus Green Tea was my favorite (pictured in my tumbler with a fresh slice of grapefruit). I’ll for sure be seeking these teas out in the store and keep some stocked in my fridge for days by the pool or working in the yard.
