I have been an iced tea fan since I was a kid and my mom used to make “sun tea” each week for us to enjoy throughout the summer. So sipping Milo’s Cafe Style Tea at the pool seems like a real throw back for me. Growing up my friends and I spent many days at our local swim club, making summer days in my hometown a real treat. And now here I am, a mom with my own two kids, and my summer days are spent much the same way. As I’ve mentioned numerous times in my writings (because it’s such a huge part of our lives) both our kids are on our local YMCA swim team and so this summer we’ll be packing up our bags for practice and pool time.
And if we aren’t at the Y pool we’re across the street at our neighbor’s pool. They joke that our family of four are their only official “members” of their backyard swim club. So when I’m not swimming a few laps (not as many as my kids) or gabbing with my neighbor, I am relaxing with my Milo’s Cafe Style Tea and immersed in a book. Reading a book by the pool is my idea of a little slice of heaven. And I’m always looking for book recommendations. Do you have any for me? I just started “The Sport of Kings” by C.E. Morgan
I definitely recommend Milo’s Cafe Style Tea for you! Since the teas are all natural and organic they are found in the refrigerated juice and dairy section at your local WalMart. And they come in four flavors – Sweet, Light Sweet, Green Citrus and Light Green Citrus. Both light flavors include a blend of organic cane sugar and stevia as ingredients. I’m partial to the Green Citrus Tea. Iced tea is by far my favorite beverage to sip in the summer. What’s your favorite summertime drink?

I love iced green tea, my favourite is probably with elderflower – not too strong and not to sweet. I wish we had pool weather here at the moment.
